The project consisted of a full house refurbishment, extension to the rear and a loft conversion. This included the transformation from a multiple occupancy residence to a family home within a Conservation Area. Our client's brief focused on retaining the original features and enhancing the internal spaces with a design sympathetic to the existing property and its surroundings.

The ground floor extension consisted of a timber-framed orangery complete with a glazed lantern rooflight. The existing roof space was converted into three bedrooms and a luxury bathroom. The floor plan reconfiguration included the relocation of internal walls to create a more functional arrangement of rooms allowing for a luxury master bedroom complete with walk-in wardrobe and ensuite, a library, a large family bathroom, utility space, an open-plan kitchen/diner and two reception rooms.
